Common Stamp Duty Rates
- Electronic Transfers: Flat ₦50 on transfers above ₦10,000
- Property Conveyance: 1.5% of property value
- Share Capital: 0.75% of issued share capital
- Lease Agreements: 0.78% of annual rent
- Loan/Mortgage: 0.5% of loan amount
